Raccoons tearing up a wooded backyard

A Hickory homeowner with a wooded lot had raccoons digging up mulch and landscaping beds night after night. Cameras showed several animals working the yard, traps went in on the first visit, and five raccoons came out in the first week. The program was worked around the owner's schedule, including moving everything into the woods before a family gathering.

Groundhogs under a porch and foundation

Groundhogs had dug in under the front porch and along the foundation of a home in Hudson. Cameras confirmed the animals and their routes on the first evening, traps went in on the same visit, and three groundhogs came out over the following days. The owner had a written quote before anything was set and a photo of each capture as it happened.

Dead squirrels inside a wall

A Mooresville homeowner had a smell in the house that another company could not find the source of. Tracking it took patience: the source turned out to be dead squirrels inside a wall column. They were located and removed through a single opening kept as small as the job allowed, the surrounding cavities were checked to be sure nothing else was in there, and the owner got a clear explanation of how they were getting in and what to seal. Cleanup was part of the job.

Rat snakes in a garage and encapsulated crawlspace

Juvenile rat snakes were getting into a garage and a newly encapsulated crawlspace in Conover. The inspection found them pushing up through a liner seam at a deck corner, plus mice on the homeowner's glue boards, which explained why the snakes were there. The two active entry areas were sealed on site and the owner received a photo report the same day. Rat snakes are not venomous and they are the reason there were fewer mice; the fix is closing the openings and removing what draws the mice in.

Lenoir, Caldwell County · Bats · September 2026

Bat droppings behind a shutter

A Lenoir homeowner kept finding droppings under one shutter. A daytime check found the shutter gapped enough for bats to roost behind it, and every other shutter on the house had the same gap. One-way devices went on the active spots so anything inside could leave and not return, the shutter was sealed, and a return trip removed the devices once the roost was empty. Bat work in North Carolina is timed around the summer maternity season, so this job went in right after the exclusion window reopened.
