Bat Removal & Exclusion

Seasonal

Bats are protected, so exclusion is the only legal option. I inspect the structure, install one-way devices, and seal the entry points. North Carolina prohibits exclusion during the May through July maternity season, so summer inspections are scheduled for the open window.

Squirrel Removal

Common

Squirrels in the attic or walls chew wiring and damage insulation. I trap and remove them, then close the entry points so they cannot get back in.

Animal Removal

Common

Raccoons, opossums, skunks, groundhogs, armadillos, bobcats, and other animals can damage a property and leave a mess. I remove them, seal the access points where it applies, and handle the cleanup and contamination they leave behind.

Exclusion & Home Sealing

The lasting fix

Removal without sealing only buys time. I locate every entry point, soffits, rooflines, vents, and gaps, and close them with durable materials. This is the part that keeps the problem from returning.

Chimney Caps & Prevention

Add-on

An open flue is a common entry point for squirrels, raccoons, and birds. I install stainless caps and vent screens, often on the same visit as a removal, to close it off.

Dead Animal Removal

Urgent

When an animal dies in a wall, attic, crawlspace, or out on the property, I find it, remove it, and clean up the area afterward. This is work that needs a prompt response, and I treat it that way.

Canada Goose Control

Seasonal & contract

Canada geese on a property, pond, or field create mess, damage, and a health concern, and they are federally protected, so control is regulated. I manage them through hazing, habitat modification, and permitted methods where required, for homeowners, HOAs, parks, and commercial sites.

Airport & Aviation Wildlife Hazard Work

Specialized

Birds and wildlife near runways are a flight-safety issue, and managing them takes someone who understands both the wildlife and the airfield. As a licensed wildlife agent and a private pilot, I bring a working knowledge of airport operations to the work. I provide depredation and habitat management for general-aviation and county fields up through regional facilities, on a one-time or ongoing contract basis.

For agricultural damage, problem birds, and open-property situations where trapping is not practical, I use precision suppressed air rifles under the appropriate depredation permits. It is a quiet, accurate, and legal method that few operators in the area offer, and the right tool for specific jobs.

Ongoing accounts

Beyond one-time residential calls, I take on commercial and recurring contract work: HOAs and property management, agricultural operations, golf courses, and aviation facilities. These accounts often need scheduled, ongoing wildlife management rather than a single visit, and I structure the work to fit. Inspection

I identify the species, locate the entry points, and assess the damage, then provide a clear quote based on the findings. The scope and price are approved before work begins. If hidden damage is discovered during the work, I pause and review it with you before proceeding.

Removal

Trapping, one-way exclusion, or precision work, selected according to the situation and applicable regulations. Humane and legal in every case.

Exclusion & repair

I seal the entry points and repair the damage so the problem does not recur.

Caps, screens, and guidance on what to monitor going forward, with warranty options available on exclusion work.
